Blueberry Baked Oats
The latest food trend we joined, and don't regret it. It almost feels like you're eating a warm blueberry cake, but one that's nutrition-packed and going to fuel your day.
Gluten free, plant based, refined sugar free
SERVES: 2
Ingredients
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp of Blueberry Chia Smash
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup
- 3/4 c nut milk
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350'F
- Blend all ingredients except for the Chia Smash into a smooth mixture
- Lightly stir through your Chia Smash so you have thick swirls
- Divide between two individual sized ramekins or oven safe dishes
- Bake for 25 minutes
