A twist on the classic grilled cheese. The sweetness of the blueberry cuts through the salty-ness of the cheese and creates a crunchy, creamy, salty, sweet explosion with every bite.
- 2 thick slices of bread
- Cheddar Cheese or Brie
- Wild Blueberry Chia Smash
- Slice cheese into thick slices and place on one piece of bread.
- Spread Blueberry Chia Smash onto your other slice.
- Heat your pan and add enough butter to create a melted layer across the pan.
- Place sandwich onto hot pan and let it sizzle 2-3 minutes or until crispy. Flip and let it crisp on the other side.
- Slice and serve.
