We could eat this every day, it's that good. It's also packed with healthy fats, protein, fiber and more. We feel good just looking at it! Mix it up by switching up your yogurt, swap out your chia smash flavor, pick a different nut or fruit.
Gluten free, vegan, paleo, refined sugar free
- 1/2 c of Coconut Yogurt (or yogurt of choice!)
- 1/4 c almonds chopped roughly
- 1 tbsp of ground flax
- 1 tbsp of hemp hearts
- 1 chopped medjool date
- 1/2 sliced banana or your favorite fruit
- 1 tbsp Chia Smash (your favorite flavor)!
- 1 tbsp of nut butter
- Add yogurt and fruit to your bowl
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts, ground flax, hemp hearts and date
- Dollop your peanut butter and Chia Smash on top
