This is not your ordinary pb&j. Inspired by Paige from @healthbyshortstack (check out her page!), this combo is so satisfying and delicious. You've got explosions of crunchy, creamy, sweet, salty and spice. You'll never go back to a plain pb&j.
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 a banana, sliced
- Peanut butter
- Chia Smash (your favorite flavor)!
- Bee Pollen (optional)
- Toast your bread
- Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on each slice
- Add another generous layer of Chia Smash onto each slice
- Top with banana slices
- Sprinkle with a dusting of cinnamon and bee pollen
